I decided to continue my training to expand my knowledge.

Since childhood, sports have always played a central role in my life.

I have explored many disciplines that fueled my passion for movement and well-being including basketball, karate, swimming, cycling, and yoga.

At the age of 23, I decided to turn this passion into a vocation by earning my first certification as a group fitness instructor. 

In 2008, I became a certified fitness coach, followed by certification as a personal trainer in 2010.

These new skills allowed me to support my clients in a more focused and personalized way.

In 2016, I discovered Pilates, a method that immediately captivated me with its precision and profound benefits. I then earned my Pilates certification and have continued training ever since.

In 2024, I fulfilled a dream by certifying as a Yoga instructor.

This intense and enriching experience has deeply influenced my approach to coaching.

Sport has always been part of my life. Growing up through different disciplines, I discovered how movement can transform the body, calm the mind and boost self-confidence.

Becoming a fitness coach was an obvious choice for me: passing on this passion, supporting others in their development and showing them that they have the resources within themselves to feel better, stronger and freer.
